Broadband contract win for CDI Alliance

ECONOMIC development consultancy CDI Alliance has secured a contract linked to major investment in new broadband technology.
CDI Alliance will help Lincolnshire County Council as it rolls out a pilot scheme that will see fibre optic cables laid in three areas.
The pilot scheme is the first step in what will eventually a £57m project to upgrade the county’s broadband network.
Stuart McFarlance, director of Leeds-based CDI Alliance, said: ““We are absolutely delighted we have won another contract and to be continue working in this part of Lincolnshire.
“We have a very experienced team with our associates Globe Consultants who have much engagement with the local parish councils and our associate John Popham who is a leading expert on rural community broadband and a social media guru.”
CDI Alliance will be holding a series of events to explain the benefits of broadband access both for homeowners and business and introduce them to local technology providers.
