Weekly business tweet – #07

Businesses have witnessed and contributed to the recent connectivity and economic growth debate about the High Speed 2 (HS2) and how it is a priority investment to join London with Birmingham and then HS2 links to Leeds and Manchester. Older friends tell us of the days of interviews when you were not appointed if you could not make it in for 8.30am. These memories are not extinct in some organisations but most have adopted flexible and mobile working to improve services, reduce costs and be more responsive to customer demands. So where is the world of work going? What are the smart ways of working that reduce costs and improve business performance?
