Working with Business Lincolnshire CDI Alliance Director Stuart McFarlane today launched their new Digital Advice and Support Programme.
Under the banner of Visit England the launch was part of a pilot digital event (delivered by Barclays Digital Eagles) and fits closely with Business Lincolnshire’s visitor economy strategy.
This introductory session explored how digital marketing can be used to boost online presence, engage with customers and give businesses a competitive edge. Topics covered included:
- Search Engine Optimisation to increase visibility
- Using social media effectively to engage with potential, present and past customers
- Targeted advertising to reach the right audience
- Making the most of analytics to inform marketing strategy
The free event was targeted at tourism operators looking for an introduction to maximising their digital presence and also provided an opportunity to network with fellow operators over a complimentary lunch at The Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa.
More information on the Business Lincolnshire Digital Advice and Support Programme will follow shortly.
