Celebrations at CDI Alliance
CDI Alliance is 12!
A time for celebration and a key moment in the history of the business as Directors Guy Lewis and Deborah Goodall waved goodbye to the final member of the founding team last week. As the Business Support landscape undergoes major change, Guy and Deborah are looking forward to the challenges ahead.
Guy has been with CDI Alliance 10 years and has been a Director with the business for 5 years. He has led programmes such as Spark Grimsby – our creative practitioner support programme delivered for North East Lincolnshire Council as part of their Grimsby Creates project. Guy is also the Digital Technology Specialist Expert for Business Lincolnshire and you’ll see him leading the Business Lincolnshire Live discussions on Linked In (he’s live again next Tuesday!).
Deborah joined CDI Alliance as a Director in October 2021, taking over from retiring Director Richard Lukey. She had been working with the team as an Associate and Associate Director for a couple of years prior. Deborah has led programmes for the Coastal Communities Fund masterclass project, and jointly delivered Hospitable Green with Guy for Visit Lincolnshire / Lincolnshire County Council. Deborah has taken over responsibility for the Business Lincolnshire support programme that CDI Alliance has been providing for 10 years.
Guy and Deborah have extensive business support experience – delivering on projects away from CDI Alliance and coming together to create engaging programmes that help businesses deal with the challenges they face.
As the business support landscape changes with new funding models being introduced Guy and Deborah are looking forward to the next chapter in the story of CDI Alliance. ‘We are proud of the reputation that we have helped to create hope to maintain and develop the relationships that all the team have forged. We have some exciting new approaches and are looking at developing new ways of providing support. We will continue to be ably supported by Hannah Swierstra in her role as our VA’.
