Fraser Henderson

Fraser Henderson has a niche expertise in digital engagement, project management, digital transformation and digital experience optimisation. He is also an Associate at “The Consultation Institute”.

Recognised international expert in citizen centric technology, Fraser has been involved in high profile digital transformation projects for over 10 years. For example, he delivered a future state analysis for Balfour Beatty and helped them move a number of legacy systems to the cloud, creating over £1m in savings. He won the European Political Technologies award in 2010 for his work pioneering online petitions. More locally, he has worked with Lincolnshire County Council to help create their regional digital hubs and as Industrial Partnerships Manager at the University of Lincoln.

His speciality is improving digital experiences with relation to good governance and he has recently worked with the Chinese State Council in Beijing to revamp their online service for engaging citizens with draft legislation. He is also a tech curator – he has programmed and launched a number of online ventures such as www.skillsaudit.co.uk and www.optioneering.co.uk which are being used across a range of industries.

Fraser is currently engaged on a programme of work with the governments of Ukraine and Moldova via the National Democratic Institute in an attempt to build capacity among civil servants and Parliamentarians in those territories.
